I was on my way home from school today. My first day of class since the holidays. I was hungry. And a little bit exhausted. So I wasn't in the mood for surprises. I was already forgetting about school while listening to Lindsay Lohan's I Live For The Day on my mp3 player. I hopped into the train. And then I heard what it sounded like a distant "hey!". I turned around and saw the person who had said it. Paul. Yes. He has just moved in to a new apartment which happens to be really close to where I live, so we use the same subway line. I sat next to him and had a friendly chat, but I didn't feel nervous, nor thrilled or stupid, so that must mean I'm really moving on. And that's a good thing.
