Current music: Ooh La La, by Goldfrapp.

I'm back in Madrid. Time flies. Gosh, I really don't want to be here right now. I'll have to spend August studying every day, plus the city's deserted. But at least July was cool. It hasn't been what everyone would call a super exciting month, but I had a great time. Last night was like the highlight of the year. I went with my cousin and three of her friends to see Amaral, which is a really great Spanish duo I LOVE. The concert was absolutely amazing, their newest songs sound incredibly good live. After the concert we went clubbing. I'm not into clubs but I have to admit I had a blast. My cousin's friends are crazy, which is always a plus. I never thought that hitting a vending machine would be so fun! lol We spent the night at Susi's place, and we had this great idea of sleeping in the same bedroom. We barely slept cause we kept talking, but it was worth it. I'm too tired to keep talking about it. I need to get some sleep.

I need ooh la la la la,

Santi

PS - This is my 100th post. Wow!

Three thoughts
Monday, July 25, 2005

- Going out almost every day it's great, but I'm seriously broke.
- Sometimes it seems my cousin and me read each other's minds. It's scary.
- I'm completely obssesed with my long-time online friend Jordan. It happens every summer.

I'm so complicated
Thursday, July 21, 2005

Have you ever wanted to get rid of a friend? I know this is kind of cruel, but sometimes you get bothered by someone so much that you just want to make her disappear, but you can't. And what is worse, you're forced to see her like every two days and seem glad to be there. Gosh, sometimes my life seems so complicated.

Horror movies rock!
Saturday, July 16, 2005

I'm sorry but I hated Batman Begins. I'm so disappointed. I think I won't watch Fantastic Four. Chris Evans is like the hottest guy ever, but the film seems to be reeeeally lame. I'm into horror movies lately. I get scared easily, and that's what I like about them. Japanese horror movies are the best! The last one I saw was Chakushin ari [One Missed Call]. Picture this: people receive voicemail messages from their own numbers, where they hear they're being killed. Scary, uh? You should definitely check it out.

That's all. Hell, I love being on holiday.

Oh my god, he's so cute
Thursday, July 14, 2005

I bet you remember this guy from Madrid Rock. A couple of weeks ago I told you he was appearing in a commercial on tv. Well, that commercial is being aired 24/7, and every time I see it I'm like "oh my god, he's so cute". Maybe I should've told him something. Or maybe I did the right thing. Who knows. I'm so stupid.

I'm watching a Texas Chainsaw Massacre sequel starring Renee Zellweger and Matthew McConaughey. It's from the early 90's, when both of them were still unknown. It's so funny in a kistchy way. Renee was drop dead gorgeous back then. Now she's like a walking squeleton. Poor girl.

Take care.

Lalala
Tuesday, July 12, 2005

I've said it several times before, but I'll say it again: it's so good to do nothing. I'm just watching movies, going to CD stores and bars and sleeping. God, I'm so happy right now. I have to leave you. I'm going to play tennis!

Don't get it
Saturday, July 09, 2005

Oops, it's taken me a while to update. Sorry. It's just that there's nothing tremendously interesting to tell you about. I just spent the last eight days locked at home because Cristina was still busy with her finals [yes, they do finish that late] But she's finally available. In fact, I'm spending the night at her place and typing from her computer lol.

I'm still shocked by what happened in London. I visited it several years ago, and it's one of my favorite cities. When I saw it on tv I felt terrified, and remembered all those feelings I had when Madrid was attacked by Al-Qaeda on March 11, 2004. It's so hard to believe that some countries are actually spending more time fighting against dangerous things like gay marriage than worrying about terrorism. I don't get it.

Peace

Santi
