I'm alive and well. I can't believe I could stomach another of those ceremonies. My parents and my brother's girlfriend were lucky enough to get a seat [my father wearing a military uniform seemed to help] but I arrived a little later with three of my brother's friends who were nice enough to travel to be there, and we had no seats because those were reserved for authorities and such. The ceremony was as boring as every ceremony is, but my brother's friends were constantly joking and saying crazy things so I had a few laughs too.

I'm sort of uninspired now. I'm thinking about next weekend. I have plans. And if it goes well, it may be a hell of a weekend.
